Then, we move to an engaging self-reflexology session where we focus on the theory behind reflexology while practicing on ourselves. We will also discuss recent research and studies related to reflexology.

 The second day we will experience a relaxing spa day where we work on each other! I teach you a 90-minute protocol involving the face, ears, hands and feet. We will end with some valuable business tips on how to incorporate this art form into your existing business. Or create a whole new focus and specialize in reflexology!
